Dr. T Nagalakshmi served as Vice-Principal (Academics) at Indian Institute of Management & Commerce, Hyderabad, prior to joining MGNCRE as Member Secretary. A holder of Doctorate in Commerce from Dr. BRAO University, Dr. T Nagalakshmi has 18 years of profound experience in academics and research. She has expertise in conducting Workshops, Faculty Development Programs and Seminars. She received Best Faculty award in 2014. The Directorate of Collegiate Education while appreciating her performance pronounced her as "True Asset to the Organization having good research knowledge". She has expertise in assessing the needs and developing/implementing suitable plans for the growth of academics along with outstanding counselling and communication skills. She has published papers in international journals and text books and presented papers in various international conferences.
