Dr. Bharat Pathak Vice Chairman MGNCRE With specific interest in Institutional Building particularly related to the field of participatory development, Dr. Bharat Pathak is an accomplished administrator with more than 20 years of experience in administering Higher Educational Institutions, Universities, Schools, Hospitals, Agriculture Farm Science Centres, Training Centres, Knowledge Centres and Research Labs. He has worked extensively in all the locations of Deendayal Research Institute (the world renowned Voluntary Organization founded by Padma Vibhushan Hon'ble Shri Nanaji Deshmukh) including Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra and New Delhi, as Vice Chairman of the Institute. Dr. Bharat Pathak is a Social Entrepreneur with acumen for strategic planning, leadership and management. A PhD Graduate from A.P.S Rewa University, MP, Dr. Bharat Pathak has core competency in Rural Development and Agricultural Sector. His contribution in these areas include – Technical innovation in farming of Krishi Vigyan Kendra (Ganeeva UP, Majhgawan MP, Gopalgram Gonda UP, and Ambajogai Beed Maharashtra) and Remodelling of alternative industrialization at village level in Udyamita Vidyapeeth Chitrakoot MP and Deendayal Industrial Training Centre Gonda UP. As Vice Chairman Mahatma Gandhi National Council of Rural Education, he has been contributing to the Council through his academic interventions and expertise in the rural development sector. As General Secretary of DRI, he implemented the ISO Management System and got DRI certified with ISO 9001:2008. He is also a Brand Ambassador for Swachh Bharat Abhiyan initiated by Prime Minister of India. As National Convenor Ganga Vichar Manch Namami Gange Dr. Bharat Pathak along with his team conducts periodic cleanliness drives on the beaches of the river Ganga.
